Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail used when registering as a customer. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check that you registered the correct e- mail address before contacting customer service. Your e-mail address can be checked and corrected under "My page" and "My profile".
Your order is now being processed. Please allow 2-3 work days before you can expect your order to be packed and ready for shipment. Orders with addresses outside of Norway are sent from our warehouse every Tuesday and Friday. When your items are confirmed in stock and ready for shipment you will receive a new e-mail.
Orders with addresses outside of Norway are shipped from the Norsegear warehouse every Tuesday and Friday. For example: If you place an order Tuesday evening your order will be sent from us the following Friday.
All orders are shipped with UPS. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order on the UPS homepage: www.ups.com.
UPS will deliver to most European countries within 4-7 workdays.
UPS will contact you via the telephone number/e-mail address given under registration as a customer at Norsegear. They will make an appointment for delivery.
You are advised to check and correct your e-mail address under "My page" and "My profile" on Norsegear, before contacting your local UPS office. UPS customer service will put you in contact with the UPS driver so you can make an appointment for delivery. Find your contact information at your local UPS office here: www.ups.com.
All items in stock are sent from our warehouse within 3-5 weekdays. Estimated stock of each product is shown on the Norsegear product information page. Please note that on rare occasions we may experience inaccuracy of stock. Any item which is not in stock will be cancelled from your order without further notice. Please check the e-mail from us with the confirmation of items in stock.
After a Norsegear order is placed, the order value is reserved from the credit card used. When the order is shipped from Norsegear, the amount equivalent to the value of the shipment is withdrawn from the reserved amount. Products which are sold out will be cancelled and the amount released immediately after shipment. However, the amount which is released can take some time to appear, depending on your bank.
Please send an e-mail to our customer service: email@example.com. We will send you a return shipping label and organize for the item to be picked up at your home by UPS.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your return to be processed. We will bank wire your refund to your bank account.International bank wire requires IBAN- and Swift number from your bank.We ask you to kindly to state bank information with IBAN and swift number on the return form. Please enclose the return form in the package with the items you wish to return.
We guarantee that all products sent from us are new and unused. If a product fails to meet your expectations due to any defects or deficiencies, please contact us via our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org to report your complaint. You will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.
