Fill out the form, print it out and include it in your package with the items you want to return to us.
Please use a sturdy box and provide internal protection such as bubble wrap when sending objects.
All items must be unused, with tags, in "new" condition and still in their original wrapping.
Items that have been damaged by being opened with scissors, razor blades, box cutters, etc., will not be accepted for return.
Refunds will be granted to customers within 10 working days of reception and inspection of products.
Packages that do no arrive at our warehouse, can not be refunded.
Please make sure that your return package is traceable and the content is insured on its way to our warehouse in Norway.

If a product fails to meet your expectations due to any defects or deficiencies, please contact us via our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org to report your complaint.
You will need to contact us with your product complaint within 14 days of delivery.
