Return & Complaint Policy

A return shipping label will be prepared and sent to your e-mail address.
The label must be printed out before attaching it to your package.
Please use a sturdy box and provide internal protection such as bubble wrap when sending objects.
All items must be unused, with tags, in "new" condition and still in their original wrapping.
Items that have been damaged by being opened with scissors, razor blades, box cutters, etc., will not be accepted for return.
Refunds will be granted to customers within 10 working days of reception and inspection of products.
Return shipping costs are 25 euro, and will be deducted before making a refund for products.
This cost reflects the actual UPS shipping fee with no extra charge for administration.
Your return package will be traceable and the content is insured on its way to our warehouse in Norway.
We guarantee that all products sent from us are new and unused.
If a product fails to meet your expectations due to any defects or deficiencies, please contact us via our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org to report your complaint.
You will need to contact us with your product complaint within 14 days of delivery.
