Shipping and Delivery
We use UPS as our shipping provider on all international orders.
Norsegear is responsible to replace or refund goods if they are damaged or lost during transportation.
Customers must contact UPS immediately to report missing items or damaged goods.
Customers must also contact Norsegear customer service to inform about missing items/damaged goods within 14 days.

Shipping returned items is the customers responsibility.
If returned items are damaged or lost during transportation to us, the customer will have to cover the costs.
When your order is shipped we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number.

UPS will contact you on the telephone number or e-mail address registered on Norsegear.com
All international orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway every Tuesday and Friday.
Delivery time is dependent on your location in Europe.
UPS estimate approx. 3-5 work days from Norway to the other Nordic countries and 5-10 work days for countries outside this region.
